The average price for a home sold in April was $170,000, up 2% from March and up around the 10% from April 2018, according to a report.
The association’s president and a longtime area Realtor, Janet Carpenter, said that April marks the first month since the April in 2012 that an annual percentage increase has been under 3.8%.
