Green Valley

Known for its upscale neighborhoods and quality schools, Green Valley was Southern Nevada’s first master planned community.  Located in the southeast part of the Las Vegas Valley along I-215, Green Valley offers a wide variety of single family homes, townhomes, and condominiums.  Green Valley includes several of Las Vegas’s most desirable neighborhoods, including MacDonald Ranch, Hillsboro Heights, the Grand Legacy, Roma Hills, and Quail Ridge Estates.  The area also includes some of the city’s best golf courses, parks, and trails.  Points of interest in Green Valley include the Green Valley Ranch Hotel & Casino, the District at Green Valley Ranch shopping center, and the Galleria Mall.  While new construction opportunities in the area are generally limited to high-end custom homes, Green Valley is still a great place to look for your new home.
