Providence

Located in the far northwest corner of the Las Vegas Valley, Providence is one of the largest master planned communities in Las Vegas.  Known for the tree-lined streets that connect neighborhoods, Providence offers a wide variety of affordable single family homes built by some of the largest home builders in the country.  Construction of most neighborhoods is complete.  However, there are still a few opportunities to purchase new construction.  The community includes three parks that are connected by several miles of trails that were designed to encourage outdoor activities.  The community has good access to surrounding areas and amenities through I-215 and U.S. 95.
