Centennial Hills

Centennial Hills is located in the northwest part of the Las Vegas Valley and includes several of the city’s newest developments as well as many older, established neighborhoods.  With a huge selection of single family homes, townhomes, and ranch-style properties, Centennial Hills offers something for everyone.  The area is known for its abundant parks, golf courses, and open spaces.  Red Rock Canyon, Mount Charleston, and other outdoor recreation areas are just minutes away.  Centennial Hills includes the Lone Mountain rural neighborhood preservation area where future development is restricted.  Homes in this area are typically built on larger lots, and horse properties are common.  With easy access to U.S. 95 and I-215, traffic is rarely a problem.  Nearly all of the major new home builders in Las Vegas are active in Centennial Hills.  The area also offers unique opportunities for custom home construction.
