It is predicted that the housing market will be stabilizing in 2020. Also, that the new homes being built will have less square feet to fit the buyers. The new generation of millennials wants are different than the baby boomers. To fit the new buyers demands new smaller homes will be built in more urbanized places. Just as the house sizes were at a high since 2015 they began to decrease.
